Ready to fly? This workshop is perfect for anyone willing to learn a new skill, gain a different point of view (upside down of course:) and have a great time! We will learn how to headstand (Shirshasana), forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) and handstand (Adho Mukha Vrkasana).

About the event
Everyone welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis :)
We will start by learning the foundamentals for strong, safe inversions. There is going to be loads of time to play and to discover more advaced variations for those who can already invert.
Please note: Bring your own mat and props!!
If you don't have one, don't worry, let me know in advance and I will bring spares for you!
