GENTLE FLOW 

Nourishing, gentle Vinyasa Flow to waken body and mind. 
All levels.

POWER YOGA 

This particular class helps building a strong core and upper body from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. 

Playful and challenging 45 mins Flow, which includes inversions, arm balances and back bends. 

All the poses are optional, but do we recommend some experience prior attending to this particular class.
