Pregnancy Online Classes 

Welcome to the world of pregnancy yoga, where you can stretch, breathe, and laugh your way to a happier, healthier pregnancy!
Our classes are designed to help you connect with your body, your baby, and your inner yogi.

Our certified yoga instructor Gigi is an expert at making you feel comfortable, supported, and entertained throughout your pregnancy journey. She'll guide you through gentle yoga poses that are safe and effective for expecting moms, while also incorporating plenty of laughter and fun into the mix.

From downward dog to warrior pose, our classes will help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you prepare for the big day.
But don't worry, we won't take ourselves too seriously - we know that pregnancy can be a wild ride, and we're here to help you enjoy every moment of it.

So come join us for some serious (and not-so-serious) yoga fun. You'll leave each class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on whatever pregnancy throws your way.
